- Soak sabudana in water for 3hrs. After 3 hrs, drain water and let them dry.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil and add cumin seeds. Now add grated ginger and chopped green chillies. After 20 -25 secs add chopped boiled potatoes. Fry these for about a minute. Now add sabudana and salt. Mix it well
- Now add pepper powder and roasted peanuts (you can make a coarse powder or you can add it whole). Cover the lid for 1 min and turn off the gas.
- Add sugar, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Tada it's ready! Super easy and super quick.
