  • Sabudana
  • Roasted Peanuts
  • Boiled potato
  • Green chilli
  • Ginger (grated)
  • Salt
  • Lemon
  • Corriander (chopped)
  • Sugar
  • Black pepper
  • Cummin seeds

Instructions

  • Soak sabudana in water for 3hrs. After 3 hrs, drain water and let them dry.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil and add cumin seeds. Now add grated ginger and chopped green chillies. After 20 -25 secs add chopped boiled potatoes. Fry these for about a minute. Now add sabudana and salt. Mix it well
  • Now add pepper powder and roasted peanuts (you can make a coarse powder or you can add it whole). Cover the lid for 1 min and turn off the gas.
  • Add sugar, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Tada it's ready! Super easy and super quick.

Notes/Tips

Raw potatoes can also be used instead of boiled. (Boiled is a little healthy, it requires less oil) Same way fried peanuts can be used instead of roasted.
