  • 2 Cup Sabudana
  • 2 Chopped Potatoes
  • 1 cup Roasted Peanut
  • 2 tbsp Red chily Powder
  • 3 tbsp oil ,1 lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar, Salt to taste

Instructions

  • First wash the sabudana and soak them in water for five hours. Then strain the water and keep it in a cotton cloth for 15 mins.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and potatoes and saute. Then cover with a plate and let it cook untill the potatoes are tender.
  • Add peanut powder, sugar, salt, red chilly powder and mix well.
  • Once the potatoes are cooked, add sabudana and stir. Cover and heat for 5 mins.
  • Turn off the gas, add lemon juice and stir.
  • So the sabudana khichdi is ready to serve.
