  • 3 medium sized potatoes
  • 1 cup sabudana
  • 2 tablespoons ground peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • Sindhav salt according to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar ,1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon green coriander
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • First wash and soak the sabudana in water for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Now mash the potatoes. Add sabudana in potato mash (water should not be left in sabudana. If there is water left, take it completely dry). Add groundnut powder, lemon sugar, Sindhav salt, chilli and coriander and mix well.
  • Now make small tikkis and fry it in hot hot oil like it turns brown.The head of sabudana is ready. Serve it with green sauce or yoghurt.
