Ingredients

  • Sabudana 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Milk small glass
  • Elachi powder a pinch
  • Ghee 1tsp
  • Cashew and rasin for garnish

Instructions

  • Soak the sabudana for 4 hrs strain and spread over clothes to dry a bit
  • Boil sabudana and milk and water untill sabudana is Transperent. Add sugar mix until it dissolve completely. Garnish with ghee roasted cashew and rasin.
