Firstly we have to take sabudana add water..thn rest for 1-2 hrs All water should be absorb fully. It become big in size n dry.. Thn take a kdayi or pan..add oil..add Jeera/ cumin seeds,.Add peanut . small pieces of patato, fry it, thn add salt, red chilli, green chilli, u can adjust chillies according to ur taste buds, add bit of water very less quantity, whn potato cook complety add tomato thn sabudana.. cover for 15 min on low flame..thn add pemogrante n corriandr leaf for garnishing

Add raw cut patato rathr thn boiled potatoes..it enhances taste..
