- Soak the sabudana in water up to level when they are fully dipped. keep it for 4 hours.
- In a pan add ghee/oil, cumin seeds let them splutter.
- Add curry leaves, peanuts and roast it for a minute. Add diced potatoes let them cook for 4-5 mins till potatoes are done.
- Add green chilies, salt, turmeric and pepper & toss it.
- Now add the soaked sabudana / sago pearls, chopped tomatoes (optional). Cook it for 5 mins.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot
