  • Rice flour
  • Onion
  • Red chilli powder
  • Curry leaves
  • Corinader
  • Green chillies
  • Potato
  • Sago
  • Chat masala
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Soak sabudana in water for 2-3 hours. Grate raw potato in a bowl and remove the moisture in it. Then add grated potato, green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, curry leaves, red chili powder, salt, chopped finely onions and mix it well. Add soaked sabudana, rice flour, chat masala in the same bowl, mix it like a thick dough and make small dumplings like vada's and press it. Then deep fry in hot oil on slow flame till golden brown color. Simple and tasty Sabudana pakoda is ready to serve.
