- Soak sabudana for 4 hrs drain excess water pat it dry on kitchen towel.
- Mix salt chilli powder and amchur powder with sabudana set aside.
- Heat pan with spoon of oil add diced potatoes roast till golden brown and keep it aside
- For same pan add jeera red chilli curry leaves hing peanuts and mixture of sabudana fry till sabudana cooks completely add roasted potatoes mix well serve hot.
