Ingredients

  • 1 Cup sabudana soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain
  • Keep 2-3 hours
  • 6-7 boiled Potatoes
  • 1/4 Cup. roasted & ground peanutes.2-3 chopped gre
  • 1 tb. sp. curd
  • Handful chopped coriander.1 t,sp. jeera powder
  • For chutney- 2 tb. sp. roasted & ground peanuts
  • 1 tb. curd, chilli powder, rock salt, sugar as per
  • Ghee to fry

Instructions

  • In big bowl take sabudana
  • Remove skin of potatoes,& mash with hands & add to sabudana.
  • Add green chillis, peanut powder, salt, sugar, jeera powder, curd.
  • Mix all properly. Make vadas & fry on high flame
  • Mix all chutney items.
