- Wash and soak sabudana for 4 hours.
- In a bowl add sabudana, mashed potato, green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, crushed peanuts, red chili powder and salt. Mix it well.
- Apply water on hand, and make small tikkis.
- Fry them on medium low flame till they are golden brown
- Crispy sabudana vada is ready to serve with chutney
