Ingredients

  • Yogurt/thick curd 200 ml
  • Blueberry 20gms
  • Raisins 20gm
  • Sabudana one TBS soaked for 5/6 hours
  • Almonds 5/6 (powdered)
  • Honey one TBS
  • Pinch of Black pepper Powder
  • Pinch of Cardamom Powder
  • Chia seeds 1/2 TSP soaked for 5/6 hours

Instructions

  • Boil the sabudana with 1/2 cup of water and let it cool down
  • Add Blueberry , 1/3 of Sabudana to the blender and make a smooth paste, Add Yogurt, Almonds powder,Honey, Black pepper Powder, Cardamom Powder and crushed ice to the blender mix for a minute pour the mixture into a tall glass and Layer with the remaining boiled sabudana and dry fruits . Garnish with raisins and blueberries

Notes/Tips

blueberry yogurt can be used instead of plain curd Sugar or jaggery can be used in peace of honey
