  • Heat clarified butter in pan Add the soaked sago and cook for 5-6 minutes Add more clarified butter and cook Now add 1/2 cup sugar and mix We can see that the sugar has melted and the consistency became loose again Cook till the sago mixture thickens Add a pinch of food colour, 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix Cardamom powder is 5-6 cardamoms powdered along with 1/2 teaspoon sugar Add more clarified butter if desired. Garnish with dry fruits. Serve hot or cool.
