  • Capsicum
  • Cauliflower
  • Beans
  • Green peas
  • Cumin seeds
  • Oil
  • Cloves
  • Cardamom
  • Bay leaves
  • Cinnamon
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Ginger garlic
  • Coriander powder
  • Spring onions
  • Milk
  • Garam masala
  • Fresh cream

Instructions

  • Heat 2 tbsps oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds, once they splutter add cumin seeds, cloves, green cardamom, cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon and sauté till fragrant. Add onions and sauté till translucent. Add salt and cook till it turns golden brown in colour. Add ginger-garlic-green chilli paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add spring onion green paste and coriander powder, sauté for 1 minute. Add carrots, capsicum, cauliflower and French beans, mix well. Add milk and garam masala powder, cook for a minute. Add spinach puree, cottage cheese, green peas and 2 tbsps water, mix well. Add fresh cream and mix lightly. Transfer into a serving bowl, serve hot with parantha, onion rings, lemon wedge and chilli. Garnished with fresh cream.

This can be serve with onion,parantha.
