To make Pistachio Ice Cream or Pistachio Kulfi, first grind clean pistachios in a grinder to make a thick powder.Take milk in a heavy bottomed vessel or kadai and cook it on low-medium flame while stir While boiling milk, the milk has to be thickened by stirring it well, if the milk gets stuck in the bottom of the vessel then the taste of ice cream or kulfi will get spoiled. If you are making kulfi with condensed milk then do not add sugar. If you like sweeter then you can add sugar powder.
