Ingredients

  • Full cream Milk
  • Rice
  • Sugar
  • Saffron strain
  • Almond
  • Cashew

Instructions

  • Take a large heavy bottom pan n boiled milk in it.
  • After one boiled milk add rice in it. Rice were be washed n soaked for 10 minutes.
  • Staring continued milk . When rice cooked than add sugar n finely chopped dryfruits in it.
  • In other small bowl add saffron strain in 1 tspn warm milk. Soaked for 15 minutes..
  • Add this saffron milk in it n mixed well..
  • Turned off Gas flame n rest it in room temperature n afterwards Move in refrigerator..
  • Ready to serve it.

Notes/Tips

Served this delicious milk with puri n whole plates..
