- Take a bowl and soak flattened rice. In another bowl soak sago for 2-3 hours. Take a pan and add oil,chana dal,urad dal,curry leaves, corinader,green chillies,mint and saute well. Then add salt, turmeric powder and mix. Followed by soaked sago, flattened rice. Mix well then add sev and squeeze lemon. Let it heat and serve hot.
