- Boil water in a pan, add soaked sago and cook until it is 75% done. Heat ghee in another pan and cashew nuts, raisins and saute it. Add ragi flour and saute it, later transfer into a bowl. Add water and keep mixing it. Later add milk and mix it. Add ragi mixture to sago mixture and cook it for 2 minutes. Add sugar, cardamom powder and switch off the flame. Transfer into a serving bowl, add little milk, sprinkle almonds.
