- Take a thick bottomed pan . Heat 2 Tbsps of ghee . Put dry fruits (Mix of Cashew and Kismis) and fry till light brown . Take out the fried dry fruits and keep aside . To the remaining ghee in the pan , add wheat rava and fry till a nice aroma comes of it . Make sure to fry in medium heat and avoid overroasting . The rava turns slightly brown , add 3 cups of water and stir well . After about 5 mins , the rava becomes thick and starts to leave the sides of the pan . Add 1 cup of powdered organic Jaggery and elaichi powder and stir well. Add dry fruits and dry coconut flakes and mix well so that there are no lumps . Close the lid of the pan and let it settle down for 5 mins. Take it in a cup and garnish with more dry coconut flakes and fried dry fruits.
