  • 1 cup Wheat Rawa/ Sooji
  • 1 cup Jaggery
  • 3 cups water
  • Cashewnut 10
  • Cardamom pwd1 spoon
  • Kismiss 8nos.
  • Ghee 4 spoons

  • Hello Foodies Recipe 4 #jaggeried Sajjige /Sooji Halwa Preparation method:- 1.In kadai put 1 spoon of ghee and roast wheat rawa in medium flame and keep aside. Fry dry fruits in ghee. 2. In a vessel pour 3 cups of water when water starts rolling add 1 cup jaggery and cook until Jaggery dissolves in water now add cashewnut, elaichi pwd and kismiss.3 Now add roasted wheat Rawa in it and cook for 10 minutes now add 3 spoons of ghee in it . Now the tasty and delicious šŸ˜‹ Sooji Halwa/ Sajjige is ready to serve.
