In a vessel pour 3 cups of water when water starts rolling add 1 cup jaggery and cook until Jaggery dissolves in water now add cashewnut, elaichi pwd and kismiss.3 Now add roasted wheat Rawa in it and cook for 10 minutes now add 3 spoons of ghee in it . Now the tasty and delicious š Sooji Halwa/ Sajjige is ready to serve.
