  • Fish
  • Red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Tamarind pulp
  • Turmeric
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Rava
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Marinate fish in red chilli powder, salt, tamarind, turmeric and ginger garlic paste for about 15 minutes. Take a pan and add oil, Dip fish in sooji to coat on both sides and deep fry till crisp and brown. Serve hot.
