Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry roasted dalia
  • 1 cup moong chilka dal
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup peas, 1 cup fried masala warri
  • 2 green chilli chopped, 2 chopped onions
  • As taste salt
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp oil ,2 pinch hing ,1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp clarified butter

Instructions

  • Take a dal,daliya wash and soaked add chopped carrots and peas,fried masala warri.
  • Take pressure cooker add oil then add hing and cuminseeds crackle add chopped onion and green chilli saute.
  • Then add soaked veggies and Dalia saute then add all spices mixed then add water pressure cooker cover with lid.
  • Then one whistle come flame off.
  • After pressure released take serving bowl put veggies daliya add clarified butter and enjoy.
