  • Toor dal
  • Sambar powder
  • Corinader
  • Carrot
  • Cucumber
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Mustard
  • Green chillies
  • Water
  • Turmeric powder

Instructions

  • Take a pressure cooker and cook toor dal with water. Take a pan and add oil, mustard,green chillies, carrot, cucumber and saute well.then add the cooked dal and add water. Then add salt, turmeric powder, sambar powder and mix well and cook for 5 minutes and garnish with coriander and serve hot.
