- Heat oil in a frying pan. Add sliced onion and fry till golden colour on a medium to low heat. Add chopped French beans and grated carrot,tomato. Mix well. Cover with a lid and cook on a medium to low heat for 8 minutes or until softens. Switch off the heat. Add oats, sambar powder, salt and water. Stir all the ingredients well. Cover with a tight lid and cook on a low heat for 5 minutes or until oats softens. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
