Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 boiled potatoes
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 2 spoons Ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder
  • Coriander seeds
  • Black pepper
  • Garam masala
  • Water for kneading dough
  • 2 spoons Ghee
  • Cumin

Instructions

  • Add salt and ghee in flour and knead dough with Luke warm water.
  • Now take boiled potatoes amd mash them
  • Take a pan and some oil in it. Add cumin and coriander seeds
  • Add spices and salt.
  • Mix and add mashed potatoes. Mix them all well.
  • Now take a small part of dough and roll it. Cut in semicircle and and fold its lining.
  • Now stuff with potatoes prepared earlier amd seal the samosa.
  • Deep fry or air fry and serve hot with ketchup or chutneys.
