- Add salt and ghee in flour and knead dough with Luke warm water.
- Now take boiled potatoes amd mash them
- Take a pan and some oil in it. Add cumin and coriander seeds
- Add spices and salt.
- Mix and add mashed potatoes. Mix them all well.
- Now take a small part of dough and roll it. Cut in semicircle and and fold its lining.
- Now stuff with potatoes prepared earlier amd seal the samosa.
- Deep fry or air fry and serve hot with ketchup or chutneys.
