- Wash and grind mint, coriander leaves, green chilies, salt, lemon juice to taste and 1 small packet haldiram bhujia sev.(use minimum water while grinding)
- Apply chutney on bread slices, keep cucumber and onion slices on it.
- Keep cheese grated or slice on the onions (I haven't used cheese)
- Cover with another slice coated with green chutney.
- Apply butter on outside and grill.
