  • 250 Gms Paneer
  • as required Some Green Chutney
  • as required Some chat masala
  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2tbsp carom seeds
  • as per taste Salt
  • as required Some water

Instructions

  • Firstly cut paneer into square pieces and keep it aside
  • Take a mixing bowl add gram flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, carom seeds, salt and add water and make a batter.

  • Now take the paneer pieces and apply chutney on it and sprinkle chat masala and top it with another paneer piece
  • Then dip the paneer into better and fry it until it turns golden brown Once done place them into tissues paper to drain excess oil
