- Take the apple and cut it in three slices later saute the slices in butter.
- Now take a pan and make thick sugar syrup of 1 cup sugar and coat it on the apple slices.
- For gooseberry jelly take a separate pan and boil gooseberries then deseed them and make a pulp.
- After that strain the pulp add sugar and pinch of green color in that strained pulp and boil it until it's thick .Now the jelly is ready .
