Ingredients

  • 1 - Apple
  • 2 - Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 and 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - kiwi crush
  • 7-8 gooseberries
  • Pinch of green color
  • Powdered sugar for garnishing

Instructions

  • Take the apple and cut it in three slices later saute the slices in butter.
  • Now take a pan and make thick sugar syrup of 1 cup sugar and coat it on the apple slices.
  • For gooseberry jelly take a separate pan and boil gooseberries then deseed them and make a pulp.
  • After that strain the pulp add sugar and pinch of green color in that strained pulp and boil it until it's thick .Now the jelly is ready .

Notes/Tips

Put a lemon slice in the sugar syrup so that it doesn't burn .
