- Roast rava over ghee till golden brown
- Boil water, elaichi, nutmeg, salt and ghee
- Add roasted rava to boiling water and keep stirring till it forms a ball and starts leaving sides. Filling is ready. Let it cool before using
- Make dough using room temperature water. Mix vinegar and cold ghee to flour to make dough. Keep covered under moist kitchen towel for some time
- Roll small roti place lemon size ball of filling seal edges and carefully flatten the roti. Deep fry in oil
