  • sarson leaves
  • Spinach
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Green chilli
  • Oil
  • Tomatoes purée
  • Red chilli powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Haldi powder
  • Salt
  • Jeera
  • Makai flour
  • Ajwain
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Grated radish

Instructions

  • Method for sarson In a pan heat oil put jeera, add onion ,ginger garlic and green chillies and stir.Then put dry spices fry then add tomato puree.fry till it leaves oil.Then add sarson and spinach pureed.cook for 5-7 minutes.Then add lemon juice and mix.
  • Method for makki ki roti In a bowl mix all ingredients and knead dough with lukewarm water and rest for 10-15 mins.make makai rotis on hot griddle .serve with a cube of white butter.
