  • 1 Tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions

  • Wash Sarson saag and chopped finely. In a mixing bowl take flour, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, green Chillies, salt, and garam masala. add 2 tsp oil. mix all together. add sarson sag mix again.
  • Add a little amount of water mix and make a semi-soft dough. Make medium balls from the dough. roll it like a disc.
  • Heat the Tawa cook the paratha from one side then flip it add little oil and cook from both sides until golden brown. Serve the paratha with any chutney, pickle, sauce, or tea.
