- First of all saute all the dry fruits in ghee.
- Saute wheat flour until its color changes to brown in ghee.
- After that add all the remaining ingredients one by one except jaggery & saute it for 2-3 mins.
- Turn off the flame, add jaggery & mix it well
- Set it in a mould. After it gets cool cut its pieces. Saubhagi Sunth Paak is ready to eat.
