Ingredients

  • 400 gram wheat flour • 200 gram dry ginger powder
  • 600 gram ghee • 500 gram jaggery
  • 100 gram cashew • 100 gram almond
  • 100 gram grated coconut • 50 gram poppy seeds
  • 5 gram ganthoda powder • 5 gram gokharu powder
  • 5 gram white musali powder • 5 gram black musali
  • 5 gram shatavari powder 5 gram cinnamon powder
  • 3 gram mace powder • 5 gram bay leaves powder
  • 5 gram nag kesar powder • 3 gram vanskapur powder
  • 10 gram cardamom powder • 5 gram long pepper powde

Instructions

  • First of all saute all the dry fruits in ghee.
  • Saute wheat flour until its color changes to brown in ghee.
  • After that add all the remaining ingredients one by one except jaggery & saute it for 2-3 mins.
  • Turn off the flame, add jaggery & mix it well
  • Set it in a mould. After it gets cool cut its pieces. Saubhagi Sunth Paak is ready to eat.
