- Soak the rice in warm water for 30 minutes
- Add oil in a pan and cook on medium heat. When oil is hot, add the whole spices and cook for 40 seconds. Add green chilli.
- Add rice and saute for another minute Add, water as needed,salt, saffron and orange juice close the lid and cook the rice, stirring it occasionally
- Fluff the cooked Pulav and serve it with raita or any gravy. Garnish with fresh orange slices and coriander leaves.
