  • Carrot, Grated
  • Capsicum, finely chopped
  • Boiled corn
  • Small zucchini, grated
  • Garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt
  • Black pepper, crushed
  • Chilli flakes
  • Cumin powder
  • Besan, Chickpea flour

Instructions

  • •simply mix all the ingredients and let it rest for 5mins to let the flour soak water from the veggies
  • •Heat Olive Oil In A Pan And Spoon 1/4 Cup Batter At A Time For Pancakes
  • •Fry On Both Sides Till Golden Brown
  • •Serve With mayo Or sour cream
