Ingredients

  • Wheat flour
  • Besan
  • Curd
  • Ajwain
  • Crushed pepper
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped bell pepper
  • Chopped carrot
  • Green chilli
  • Oil
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Butter
  • Red chilli flakes

Instructions

  • Sieve wheat flour,besan,baking soda ,salt and baking powder together. Lightly mix together and add crushed pepper ,chilli flakes.
  • Add all the veggies and lightly mix. Now add curd ,oil and mix using cut and fold method. Add few tsp of water to get a thick consitency.
  • Pre heat oven at 180 degrees. Put the mixture in muffin mould.Sprinkle some chopped veggies on top and lightly press and bake till done or between 15 to 20 min at 180 degrees. Note that baking time would vart depending on the oven.
  • Once done take out the muffins from the oven and keep on a cooling rack.Brush some melted butter on top.Let them cool and take out from the moulds and serve with tomato sauce

Notes/Tips

You can use any veggies u prefer. Also u can add mixed herbs to the batter
