  • Baby corn
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper powder
  • Corn flour
  • Chopped garlic
  • Chopped ginger
  • Chopped green chilli
  • Slice onion
  • Slice bell pepper
  • Schezwan sauce
  • Spring onion

Instructions

  • Pa boil the baby corn, then do the coating of corn flour by add salt and black pepper powder and dip fry till crispy and golden pink in colour.
  • In another pan add oil and saute all the ingredients one by one on high flame for 2-4 minutes.
  • Serve it hot by garnishing with spring onion.
