Ingredients

  • For dough
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Salt
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 2 tsp+ kneading
  • For stuffing
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped green chili 1 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped onion 1
  • Finely Chopped spring onion 2
  • Mix vegetables 1 cup
  • Boiled potatoes 1 cup
  • Salt
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Schezwan sauce 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice 1/2
  • Cheese as required
  • Butter shallow fry

Instructions

  • First make a dough by mixing all the ingredients of dough and allow to rest for 15 minutes.
  • For stuffing Heat the oil in a pan add all the ingredients one by one and mix it well Stuffing shouldn't be too wet.
  • Now roll the paratha, on a one side put the stuffing then spread the gratted cheese on it and cover with other side of paratha and seal it properly.
  • Now shallow fry in butter.
  • Serve with mayo- schezwan.

Notes/Tips

Mix vegetables means cabbage, carrots, capsicum, zucchini, French beans etc of your choice.
