- First make a dough by mixing all the ingredients of dough and allow to rest for 15 minutes.
- For stuffing Heat the oil in a pan add all the ingredients one by one and mix it well Stuffing shouldn't be too wet.
- Now roll the paratha, on a one side put the stuffing then spread the gratted cheese on it and cover with other side of paratha and seal it properly.
- Now shallow fry in butter.
- Serve with mayo- schezwan.
