Instructions

  • First take boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash it now add salt, schezwan sauce and mix it well take white bread and cut off the sides roll it very thin in a square shape apply water on the sides add the filling and mozzarella cheese in the centre apply water and seal the sides drop it in hot oil and cook on medium heat until it turns golden brown cheesy schezwan pockets are ready.
