Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp green chillies paste
  • 3/4 cup red chilli paste
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup blanch tomato puri
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • as per taste Salt
  • as required Edible oil

Instructions

  • Take pan and Add oil, add ginger, garlic saute.. Add garlic paste, green chilli, Mix them saute till cooked
  • Add red chillii paste, add onion and tomatoes mix them Add vinegar after cooking... Dont add when flame is on... And serve with momoes, or other chinese recipes
