  • Oil
  • Ginger garlic
  • Onions
  • Beans
  • Carrot
  • Cabbage
  • Red chilli paste
  • Soya sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Capsicum
  • Salt
  • Noodles
  • Eggs
  • Spring onions
  • Tomato ketchup

Instructions

  • Heat 3 teaspoons oil in a pan and add garlic ginger and saute it. To it add onions, french beans, carrot, cabbage, red chili paste, soya sauce, star anise powder, vinegar, green bell pepper, salt, tomato ketchup and saute it for 1 -2 minutes. Add boiled noodles and mix nicely using foke. Heat 1teaspoon oil in another pan and beaten egg and scramble it and add this to noodle mixture and mix nicely. At last add spring onions. Serve hot.
