Ingredients

  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 piece cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 jicama
  • 2 tbsp green chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp sweet corn
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper crushed
  • Pinch black salt

Instructions

  • Finely chop cucumber, carrot, jicama, tomato, cabbage. Add green chickpeas and sweet corn into it.
  • Collect all the chopped vegetables in a bowl. Mix with black salt, crushed black pepper and lemon juice.
  • One can serve this salad during breakfast with bread toast.
