- To a small bowl soak 4 strands of saffron in warm water Take a sauce pan add 2 tbsp of ghee and add 25 g of vermicelli broken (break it into medium pieces) saute it until it turns golden and keep it aside
- To the same pan add mixed nuts (almond, cashew, pistachio) roast it until it turns golden and keep it aside
- To the same pan add 1 1/2 cup of full fat milk boil it until it reduces to 3/4 th now add roasted vermicelli and keep stirring until it becomes soft( at this stage milk should be reduced to half) now add roasted nuts and saffron water and mix well
- Turn off the stove and add 1/2 cup sugar stir well until it melts completely Once it comes to room temperature it can be served can also be served chill after few hours of refrigerating
