- par boil the vermicelli. chop the onion and green chili. boil the aloo and smash it. in a bowl add aloo, vermicelli, onion, green chili, red chili powder, salt, garam masala, coriander leaves and coriander powder and mix well. Make breadcrumbs. add maida , corn flour and water in bowl and make batter. take small ball of vermicelli and make cutlet shape and dip in the maida batter. spread the bread crumbs. heat the oil and deep fry it. Serve hot.
