  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Semiya
  • Cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Dry roast vermicelli till it is golden. Keep stirring and don't burn them. Add the milk and allow it boil Boil the milk till vermicelli is cooked and soft. Now add the sugar and mix. Keep stirring till sugar is dissolved and mixture is creamy. Now switch off the flame and add cardamom powder and mix. Allow it to cool down and fill the popsicle moulds. Freeze for 8 hours. Run them through water and remove the popsicle. Enjoy semiya paal ice.
