Ingredients

  • Semolina 2 cups
  • Curd 1 cup
  • Masala mung 1cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Chopped green chili 1
  • Chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions

  • Take semolina and curd, now allow to rest for 30 minutes.
  • Now mix all the ingredients and mix it well.
  • Now apply the oil in appe vessel and make a appe from it.
  • Cook from both the sides till crispy and golden brown in colour.

Notes/Tips

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
