- Boil gur,2teaspoons ghee,1/2 cup water in the heated pan. Add food grade color. Boil gur till it properly boiled, and keep aside.
- Add ghee in the heated pan, add dry fruits and fry lightly and keep aside.
- Now add water to the same pan give a mix,add fried dry fruits and continue to saute till the semolina is thickened.
- Now add gur syrup and mix evenly everything and continue to saute till the semolina is well cooked.
