- In a bowl,mix refined flour and ghee together well.Rub it and make a dough with as needed Luko warm water.
- Cover the dough with wet towel.Keep aside.
- Make the stuffing,so take a pan and roast dry fruits- walnuts and Cashew with little butter.Remove it and grind it like dust.
- Now use remaining ghee and add 1 cup Semolina and roast it.Add sugar, coconut and dry fruits dust.And also Cardamom powder and raisins.
- Add grated paneer lastly and remove it in a plate.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll it.Put the stuffing with a spoon and give shape like Gujiya.
- Brush both side with ghee or butter.Bake it in convection mode for 10-12 mins in 180°. (You can also fry in a kardhai)
- Make sugar syrup with 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water.Put the Gujiya into it.Keep it for 5 mins and serve it.
