- Take oats and make it into fine powder in a blender. Take this oats powder and sooji in a bowl then add buttermilk, water, salt, cumin seeds, ginger and mix it like a dosa batter. Put this batter on hot tawa and add carrot, beans, green chillies, onions as topping and add little oil on it. Cover it with a lid and let it cook on slow flame for 2 minutes. Now transfer this in a plate and serve hot with tomato chutney.
