- dry roast peanuts, cashew and sesame seeds separately till it starts spluttering.
- remove the skin of peanuts.
- grind all peanuts, cashew and sesame seeds in to a coarse consistency.
- now in a pan take jaggery and caramelize it properly. To check pour a few drops it in to cold water. If get breaks easily it means this is in right consistency.
- now on a flat surface place butter paper and pour this mixture on it. Spread it evenly with the help of rolling pin.
- Cut in to square pieces with the help of knife when it is hot. Let it cool for 15-20 minutes. Now you can enjoy these homemade healthy chikkis with your family.
