Ingredients

  • Refined flour
  • Fennal seeds
  • Cardamom powder
  • Icing sugar
  • Black sesame seeds
  • Ghee
  • Milk
  • Water
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Prepare a dough with refined flour ,ghee,milk and water
  • Add crushed fennel seeds and cardamom powder to this dough
  • To this dough add black sesame seeds
  • Knead a semi hard dough ,leave it for rest for half hour
  • Now make make mathris out of this dough with cookie cutter
  • Now deep fry this mathri in oil till golden in color
  • Now take them out on a absorbent paper and let them come to room temperature absolutely
  • After that roll these mathris into icing sugar
  • Serve them,store them in jar

Notes/Tips

Instead of black sesame seeds u can add white sesame seeds too
