- Prepare a dough with refined flour ,ghee,milk and water
- Add crushed fennel seeds and cardamom powder to this dough
- To this dough add black sesame seeds
- Knead a semi hard dough ,leave it for rest for half hour
- Now make make mathris out of this dough with cookie cutter
- Now deep fry this mathri in oil till golden in color
- Now take them out on a absorbent paper and let them come to room temperature absolutely
- After that roll these mathris into icing sugar
- Serve them,store them in jar
