Ingredients

  • Refined flour
  • Ghee
  • Milk
  • Water
  • Cardamom powder
  • Fennal seeds crushed
  • Black sesame seeds
  • Icing sugar
  • Oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl knead a semi hard dough with refined flour ,ghee,milk and water
  • To this add fennel seeds ,cardamom powder,black sesame seeds,knead dough properly
  • Cover this dough give rest for one hour
  • Now knead this dough again
  • ,roll this dough with rolling pin ,Make mathri with cookie cutter
  • Deep fry this mathri in medium hot oil till golden
  • Remove this mathri on absorbent paper
  • When this mathri comes to room temperature roll these mathris in icing sugar
  • Store them in jar

Notes/Tips

U can take white sesame seeds instead of black sesame seeds
